The Walter Smith Employer Leadership Project (WS-ELP)

The Walter Smith Employer Leadership Project is part of a Government strategy to put investment in the design and delivery of training in the hands of employers. The WS-ELP will help more than 350 businesses train and develop their staff by giving them access to both food industry expertise and government investment.

WS-ELP has an experienced team of training and development specialists and advisors on hand to work with you. Their aim is to find out if you or your staff have any training needs, between now and 31st March 2016, that will help you achieve your business aims.

If there are any training needs, they will help you access training that is supported by Government investment of up to 70%. You only pay approximately 30% of the cost of training that you have requested, or helped to design.

If you would like to take advantage of up to 70% Government Investment in your staff training via the WS-ELP, then we would be delighted to hear from you. Call the Team on: 01902 837452 | Mobile: 07590 776512 or email

“By investing in your staff, they will invest in you! This interactive and practical business course proved just that. It was led by a fantastic and experienced tutor who in one day taught us the principles and value behind one to ones with employees, developing staff, coaching styles and choosing mentees, to mention just a few.
